How long does it take?
We do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible, almost always within 60 minutes. Please take into consideration that restaurant preparation time, weather and traffic may affect us from time to time, therefore we cannot guarantee a delivery time. We recommend placing an Advanced Order to help ensure your desired delivery time, particularly during peak lunch times. Advanced Orders take Priority.
Will my food arrive to me fresh?
Absolutely! We submit your order to the restaurant for preparation based on driver availability. This means that your order begins being prepared only when we have a driver on the way to the restaurant to pick it up. Your order goes immediately into a specialized thermal insulated catering bag to keep it hot and fresh, and then it is delivered directly to you. You couldn't get it hotter if you went to get it yourself!
What do you do with information you collect from me?
Your privacy is our primary concern and we will never share your information with any outside person or entity. We store only needed personal information for order completion and direct contact in our secure and private database. So remember your password.
What else do I need to know?
Restaurants menus and prices are subject to change. Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. Call us immediately at 247-FOOD if the restaurant has incorrectly packaged your order to schedule a re-delivery or to receive credit. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion. Thank You for your business.
Does the meal courier check my order?
Your meal courier relies on the restaurant staff to prepare and pack your order accurately. For your health safety assurance, meal couriers are not allowed to open containers. Please take a moment to check your order before your meal courier leaves.
Why was my debit card charged more than the total on my order?
When your order is initially processed, we receive an "authorization hold" on your account. This includes an additional 30% which allows for adjustments to your order. This appears in the pending transactions on your account, sometimes for a few days, until the actual total is settled through the processing company. If Mayport Rd is used to access your location in Atlantic Beach, we can't deliver north of Dutton Island Rd. However, we deliver to the rest of Atlantic Beach, and all of Neptune Beach & Jacksonville Beach. We deliver to Hotels, Apartments, Condos, Homes and Offices.
